If you are struggling with your infant or toddler’s sleep routine (aged 4 months to 4 years), or would like to get a jump-start on developing a program, you are in the right place. There are several gentle approaches to sleep training, and you can rest assured that my programs are created based on the individual needs of you, your family, and your child.
“Crying it out” is a practice that often becomes synonymous with sleep training, and while I cannot promise a tear-free experience, I am able to implement compassionate techniques to help reach your goals while remaining within your comfort level as a parent. This journey can make parents feel helpless and uncertain, and I will be here to support you every step of the way.

“Before contacting Brittany we were struggling with our infant’s and toddler’s sleep schedules. Our infant was waking sometimes every 30 minutes in the night. Our strong-willed toddler was fighting naps and bedtime and refused sticking to any sort of routine.
