Refund Policy

The Chickadee:
(a) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw prior to starting the first module: Client is eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administration
fee. To withdraw, Client must submit a written notice to brittany@theslumbernest.com as soon as possible.
(b) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw after starting the first module: Client must pay the full fee, and no refund will be provided.

 

The Night Owl:
(a) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw prior to completing the initial intake assessment: Client is eligible for a full refund, less a
$150 administration fee. To withdraw, Client must submit a written notice to brittany@theslumbernest.com as soon as possible.
(b) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw after completing the initial intake assessment: Client must pay the full fee, and no refund will be provided.
(c) Due to the associated scheduling and administrative burden, without exception, transferring from The Night Owl package to The
Nightingale package IS NOT PERMITTED at any time. A transfer from The Night Owl to a 'Bundle & Save' is possible within the first 30 days of this package.

 

The Nightingale:

$100 administration fee. To withdraw, Client must submit a written notice to brittany@theslumbernest.com as soon as possible.
(b) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw after completing the initial intake assessment: Client must pay the full fee, and no refund will
be provided.
(c) Due to the associated scheduling and administrative burden, without exception, transferring from this package to any other package
IS NOT PERMITTED at any time.

 

The Hummingbird:
(a) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw prior to completing the initial intake assessment: Client is eligible for a full refund, less a $50

All other products and services are non-refundable, including all add-on packages.
